Michelle and Clair both have a genuine passion and flair for creative photography. Their commitment and drive combined with their versatile background experience ensures that you can always expect outstanding results teamed with a professional friendly service.
Michelle’s background has always been a very creative one. Throughout her education she has specialised in photography and design. Having gained her Masters degree at London’s prestigious Royal College of Art she then began her professional career venturing into the creative music and fashion industry, designing and art directing album artwork and photographic shoots for fashion houses such as Marks & Spencer and Kookai. Having finally made the decision to leave the big city she began to expand her portfolio to include portrait and social photography which she continues to achieve successfully today.
Clair’s passion for photography started at a young age having spent a lot of time following her grandfather around, also a professional photographer. What started out as a hobby has been incorporated into a very successful career in Marketing and Advertising, photographing commercial events and putting together adverts for one of the countries top visitor attractions. As her portfolio grew so did her desire to concentrate purely on her greatest passion, photographing people. It didn’t take long before this dream came true.
When Michelle and Clair met it was obvious they had a lot in common, and after working on a few very successful projects they soon realised they were able to merge their different attributes and expertise resulting in the formation of Dragonflies Photography.
